The Company

Providentia Environment Solutions B.V. is a privately owned company located in Apeldoorn the Netherlands and specialized in processing liquid waste streams, based on “the wet oxidation technique” utilizing the VerTech patents and technology.

Since early 2008 Providentia has become the exclusive owner of the VerTech technology and all patents.

A prototype reactor based on the VerTech technology has been run in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. The reactor has been operational from 1992 to 2004, and has treated between 20,000 and 28,000 tons dry sludge annually.
